Tokusei is a robotic dog that Meca made out of Hoshiko's stuffed animal. He often hangs around the two girls, sitting on Meca's head or barking at Hoshiko's heels. Hoshiko usually uses him as a punching bag. Tokusei also makes strange noises such as "bata bata".
